One 30 minute individual singing lesson. Important Booking Information When you request a lesson time, I’ll receive your request first. If the time is still available, I’ll confirm it and you’ll then receive an email with all the details, including secure payment links. I use a request system instead of instant booking because sometimes term students need to reschedule, and this ensures I can keep the calendar accurate for everyone. 👉 Please make sure to review the policies before booking. Cancellation Policy
One-Time Cancellation/Rescheduling Lesson Policy The full amount is due at the time of booking, and you will receive the payment link by email once I accept your request. Please note that no refunds are available, so it is important to double-check your schedule before booking. These lessons are made available when a term student cancels, and by booking you are agreeing to take over their slot, which means it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled again. After booking, you will receive an email containing your payment link, a mandatory student information form, and additional details including a YouTube video on how to find the building. If your lesson is online, a second email with your Zoom link and online class information will be sent closer to the lesson date. Payment and the student information form must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or immediately if your lesson is within 24 hours). If these steps are not completed on time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
