Cancellation Policy
The full amount is due when booking a one time cancellation lesson. No refunds will be provided so please make sure to carefully review your schedule before booking a lesson. As this is a cancellation lesson slot, meaning a term student has cancelled it, it can not be rescheduled again as you are taking it over from the term student that originally cancelled it. Please make sure you review your schedule carefully before booking. You will receive an email after booking with a payment link and student info form as well as other details including a YouTube video how to find the building. It is mandatory that you fill out the student info form that is linked and pay your fee to confirm your booking. Everyone has 24 hours to complete these steps unless your lesson is less then 24 hours away then it has to done straight away. If they are not completed in that time frame your lesson will be cancelled.
